Tonia Lushington, Secretary General of the CGA will head the support team as Chef de Mission and Trevor Taubman is General Team Manager. Medical Team leader is Dr Frank Vaughan, and physiotherapists Isla Scott and Ruth Cooil will travel with the team. Danni Mottram will run the team office.
Tonia Lushington said “We are delighted to be able to field such a strong team. We set the qualifying standards very high and our athletes have excelled themselves in achieving them.
We are looking forward to the Games.” Trevor Taubman said “We wish our athletes good luck and I am sure they will compete to the very best of their ability.”
CGA President Juliet Holt and Vice President John Knight will be present at the Commonwealth Games Federation Assembly in Delhi before attending the Games.
