Wellbeing is about many things but simply put, it’s about being fit healthy and happy with ones self.  In today’s busy world, health of mind is as important as health of body and the two go together hand in hand.  Making some time for yourself to do something you enjoy, socialising, reading, exercising your brain etc, are all ways to help you feel good about yourself, mentally strong and able to handle the stresses of today’s world.  Simply put it’s all about balance in all aspects of your life.
