The Commonwealth Games Association of the Isle of Man (CGA) is inviting you to join them for a special fund-raising gala dinner at the Villa Marina on the evening of Thursday 16 June 2022 to celebrate and support Team Isle of Man's athletes before they head off to Birmingham for the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
The dinner is only held every four years and is one of the major fundraising activities that the CGA undertakes to ensure that the Isle of Man's leading athletes can compete on the global stage every four years at the Commonwealth Games. Guests will enjoy a Champagne reception, three course dinner, entertainment and auction. And Team Isle of Man athletes will be in attendance too!
The event will coincide with the visit to the Island of the Queen's Baton Relay, which is on the Island 15-16 June.
A strong team of 32 will head to Birmingham in July and all those selected have worked so hard to achieve the required standards, particularly with the covid pandemic and lockdowns heavily impacting sporting events and training schedules over the past two years.

Tickets for this very special event are priced at £100 and all proceeds generated will go towards enabling our athletes compete against leading athletes from across them globe at Birmingham 2022 and the 2026 event which is being held in the state of Victoria, Australia.
